[담당업무]

Consulting teams work with client members from all levels of the
organization in order to integrate our staff's strategy, operational, and
industry experience with the client's knowledge of its particular situation,
culture, and constraints. To ensure follow-through by a client, consultants
find it vital to closely link Kearney's senior managers with the highest level
of the client's organization responsible for acting on the outcomes of our involvement.
주요 업무
Assignments normally proceed through three stages over a period of several months:
1) identifying and analyzing opportunities for change and laying out different options for senior management to consider, 
2) fleshing out the best options in order to create detailed action plans, and 
3) assisting in execution.  Kearney believes that working with a client until results are assured is vital to their success.

[자격요건]

• 4~8 yrs consulting experiences 
• Outstanding track record as a consultant    
• Management and leadership skills
• Organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding academic performance, preferably including an excellent MBA
• Strong research/analysis experience and abilities
• Relevant industry experience

• CDD 10~15회 정도의 경험 보유자로 PE Practice 에서 성장해 온 분
• 회계법인, 글로벌전략펌 출신 선호
