[담당 업무]

 Consulting teams work with client members from all levels of the

 organization in order to integrate our staff's strategy, operational, and

 industry experience with the client's knowledge of its particular situation,

 culture, and constraints. To ensure follow-through by a client, consultants

 find it vital to closely link Roland Berger's senior manager  with the highest level

 of the client's organization responsible for acting on the outcomes of our involvement.

[자격 요건]

• at least 3 yrs consulting experiences  

• Outstanding track record as a consultant 

• Management and leadership skills

• Organizational skills

• 전략컨설팅 경력 3년 이상 혹은 대기업 현업 5년 이상 경력 
• 컨설팅 산업에 대한 관심이 높은 분
  -> Automotive, Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Retail, Energy, Engineering, Healthcare, etc,.
• 비즈니스 영어 구사 능력 필수
