- Cross-border HR Due Diligence and HR PMI
- Benchmarking HR System of Leading Companies
- HR Project Report Documentation
- Business-related Communication with Overseas Office
- Organization transformation and Change Management
[자격 요건 및 필요 역량]
- 5+ years of working experience in HR
- Consultant who worked for an HR consulting firm or has experience in planning and operating an HR system for a large company preferred
- Experience in Cross-border HR DD or PMI is preferred
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to quickly build relationships with customers and identify preemptive needs
- High analytical skills to derive insight from various sources
- Positive mindset and ability to work efficiently as a team
- Has expectations to becoming a PM in the future
